High Precision Distance Measurement for 1..100 m

Distance Measurement on large distances can be covered using laser radiation. And this measurement type is now possible more precisely, more simple and faster than ever before. The Phas-100 system reaches precision of max 3 mm deviation at a measurement range from 1 up to 50 m without the use of a reflector. Using a reflector the measurement range goes up to 100 m. The system itself does not need any special preparated surfaces, it even works with incident angles of lower than 10° without precision loss. The Phas-100 works perfectly in clear daylight. The beam diameter at 10 m distance is only 6 mm, at 100 m 60 mm. With a measurement frequency of 5 Hz the Phas-100 is even capable of precisely positioning cranes or other moving technical systems.

For curing polymers, short wavelength radiation of the UVC band (200..280 nm) is very interesting. Photoresist layers in semiconductor production is only one example that benefits of the high energetic radiation. Our new High Power UV Source deep UV and deep UV2 covers the complete wavelength range from deep UV 200 nm to UVA at 400 nm optionally also white and blue to 500 nm. Using a high power mercury high pressure source, the DC-P is also the best choise regarding cost and handling of replacement modules and much better that competitive products. The DC-P Deep UV is presented together with UV liquid light guides that transfer UVC radiation with very little loss compared to glasfiber bundle transmission.
